Dr. Ike | Medical Offices

Located at 4050 North rise Dr. in Las Cruces, NM, Dr. Ike Osuorji’s Office is Cancer Treatment Center serving northern Las Cruces.

Raxis Engineering was involved in the utility and MEP design for a two-building complex, one for Dr. Ike’s medical office and the second for future lease. At the time of design, the City of Las Cruces was implementing many changes to their utility requirements, so coordination between them and the owner was paramount to ensuring compliance with their new standards. Individual meters were provided for each of the lease spaces in the leasing building and single service for Dr. Ike’s Medical Office. The mechanical scope included the installation of three 5-Ton split systems, a mini-split system for the IT room and Biosafety Cabinet exhaust system. For the electrical scope the project included all usual electrical services and additional power requirements for specialty equipment.
