Located at 6301 Northern Pass Drive in El Paso Texas, this eight-building complex houses multiple tenants to include retail, restaurants, and medical clinics. This shopping center is close to exclusive residential areas and to growing upscale Cimarron area in El Paso. Raxis Engineering participated in the full site development of this complex to include the electrical utilities preparations for each building, site lighting and plumbing utilities. Due to the size of the complex, it required major coordination with El Paso Electric and El Paso Water to meet public utilities requirements including a public water and sewer lines extension from Paseo del Norte to Northern Pass Drive. Furthermore, Raxis Engineering engaged in several of the Tenant Improvements of the restaurants and retail spaces included in this complex such as Cedar & Vine Restaurant, Children's Pediatric Practice Clinic and Southwest Allergy and Asthma Associates West among other tenant improvement projects.
