Located at 7456 Cimarron Market Avenue in El Paso Texas, this five-building complex houses multiple tenants to include several restaurants, retail spaces and a gym. It is surrounded by other shopping centers and is the El Paso's great destination for upscale shopping, entertainment and dining surrounded by exclusive residential areas. Raxis Engineering participated in the full site development of this complex to include the electrical utilities preparations for each building, site lighting and plumbing utilities. Due to the size of the complex, it required major coordination with El Paso Electric and El Paso Water to meet public utilities requirements including a full water loop and utilities easements. Furthermore, Raxis Engineering engaged in several of the Tenant Improvements of the restaurants and retail spaces included in this complex such as Toro Burger, Taekwondo Optimum Training Dojo, Cafe Italia, Overpour, Hotworx Fitness Studio and a Pediatric Medical Clinic.
