Manual J
Manual J is the protocol used for determining the amount of heating and cooling that a home requires to keep its occupants warm in the heating months and cool and dry in the cooling months.
The city of El Paso requires these calculations for all residential projects to comply with HVAC requirements.
We provide the Manual J calculation using software specialized for these calculations

Mr. Morales is a licensed engineer in TX, NM and UT with more than 12 years of experience. He earned his bachelor’s in mechanical Engineer from UTEP and a MS in Engineering and project management From University of Houston at Clear Lake.
He provides significant design expertise in mechanical and plumbing systems for commercial, institutional, and industrial facilities. In addition, as a Certified Energy Manager provides Energy Consulting Services such as design of Energy Conservation Measures, Building Energy Audits, and Third-Party Energy Savings Evaluations among other energy related services. Also he was awarded from NASA Johnson Space Center Blue Marble Award – In recognition of excellence in environmental and energy management.

Mr. Robles he is a Designer Operation Director at Raxis Engineering, He has an associate degree in Drafting & Design Technology from EPCC with more than 15 years of experience in AutoCAD, Developing electrical, fire alarm systems, security systems design, A/V systems and Lighting Photometric Studies. As well as 5 years of experience working with Revit.
Mr. Robles oversees all projects to ensure consistency yielding optimal productivity and performance. He works developing strategies working closely with project managers and lead designers to achieve our company goals. As always ensures an efficient workplace and deadlines are constantly met. Always providing our clients with excellent customer service to meet their needs and satisfaction.
Mr. Mares graduate of the University of Texas at El Paso majoring in mechanical engineering. With more than 3 years of experience developing and calculating Electrical, Mechanical and Plumbing Design for Commercial and Institutional facilities. As well as 2 Years of experience in Revit and Manual J.

Mr. Ramirez, is one of our project Managers at Raxis Engineering, with more than 6 years of experience in AutoCAD developing Electrical, Mechanical and Plumbing design. As well 3 years of experience working with Revit. Coordinating work for several projects, this includes providing design, advice and reviewing projects prior to submission. Mr. Ramirez also coordinates with different contractors and field engineers involved in a project as well as clients towards project completion.
Mr. Santisteban is one our Project Managers at Raxis Engineering, graduated from the University of Texas In El Paso as an Electrical Engineer, with more than 11 years of experience in AutoCAD developing Electrical, Mechanical and Plumbing Design.
Santisteban Manages all projects to ensure optimal productivity and performance. He works developing strategies working closely with his team to achieve our company goals.
